Jack Quack came to Trap Ink Tattoos as an apprentice back in 2017, and has now been tattooing professionally for over 4 years. Jack graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design in 2014 with a major in Illustration. He has had many jobs in the art field but before switching over to tattooing he was actually working as a high school history teacher. Jack’s style reflects his training; his apprenticeship taught him the basics of traditional tattoos and his art school taught him how to draw like an illustrator. Jack enjoys drawing and tattooing dark themes the most, and is always elated when a client asks for a skull or demon. Jack also loves tattooing pin-ups, Old English letters, butterflies, and floral pieces. When he’s not tattooing Jack is usually caring for his daughter, landscape painting, watching anime, playing board games, hiking, wandering cemeteries, and going to metal shows.
